How Do I Start to Exercise?

This was my First Day workout. At 300lbs. This is just the second set of chair squats. This is where it all started. Exhausted. 9 months later, it would be warm-up! 4 years later, I was working out 6 days a week, 90 minutes and competing in bodybuilding competitions. Just start!


You can start exercising by walking - increasing your steps from 3000 to 4000 to 5000. You will feel great. I guarantee it. I could barely walk when I started. But I made it a routine to walk in the morning before breakfast and then at night after dinner. Those two walks helped the weightloss.


Then I started more weight training.
